I'm Joe Pratt, founder of Zero Emission Industries and CEO. Our company is focused on the decarbonization of heavy industry, including maritime shipping. The proposed three pillars make hydrogen harder to come by and more expensive, and that makes it more difficult for our customers, especially in maritime, to adopt it. There are a couple of implications for the maritime industry. We have an opportunity in the U.S. to be a supplier of clean hydrogen across the globe, and that goes through the shipping industry. Many jurisdictions and countries around the world are looking to adopt clean hydrogen as their primary energy source. We have abundant renewable power that we can turn into clean hydrogen and export it through our ports. The three pillars would do a lot to hinder that possibility.
